Oracle Sequoia Data Center

As one of the most efficient data centers for Oracle Corporation, Sure Steel is proud to have been a key part of the construction and design of the Sequoia Data Center in West Jordan, UT. Sure Steel played a design-assist role in this project, helping incorporate major changes that improved overall schedule and reduced costs. Being involved early in the design process also helped ensure quality and performance of the structure. The steel portion of the 245,000 SqFt, state-of-the-art building was completed to AISC standards with minimal punch list items. The 11 week time frame to complete the miles of welding required on this project presented a challenge, but Sure Steel overcame the challenge and leveraged all efficiencies to safely deliver the project on time. Sure Steel safely worked 23,000 man hours to install the 3,055 tons of structural steel, joist, and deck.
