This 398,500 square foot warehouse was a turnkey metal building system and structural steel hybrid project. Sure Steel worked with Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors and Lehigh Valley Technical Associates, Inc. to erect 2,045 tons of steel. In total, Sure Steel worked 62,099 man hours.
This was a very complex project which required incorporating multiple structural steel designs, concrete tilt up panels, large and multiple interior structural mezzanines, joist and deck, insulated metal wall panels, gratings, stairs, catwalks and standing seam roofing. This project is a prime example of all the various scopes of work that a General Contractor can put under Sure Steel’s umbrella and allow us to manage seamless coordination of the various scopes.
