Tomorrow’s Golf League (TGL) Jupiter New Golf Facility

Sure Steel partnered with Barr & Barr on the successful completion of the SoFi Center presented by TGL, a state-of-the-art indoor golf arena located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Delivered as a highly coordinated design-build effort, the project consists of a multi-building, steel-framed campus anchored by a 140,000-square-foot primary arena with long clear spans and significant clear height to support TGL’s proprietary competition format, broadcast infrastructure, and integrated technology systems. Sure Steel completed its scope of work in May 2025 after contributing more than 31,000 man-hours, executing the work on an accelerated schedule that required close collaboration across all project teams.

Midway through construction, the team successfully navigated a major structural redesign when the originally planned tensile fabric system was replaced with a permanent steel-framed solution, while maintaining a fixed opening date t ied to the launch of a nationally televised sports league. The completed facility accommodates up to 1,500 spectators and features high-end amenities including locker and green rooms, VIP lounges, food and beverage service areas, and advanced broadcast and control rooms. At its core, cuttingedge simulator technology enables immersive, year-round indoor competition, delivering a landmark project that bridges tradition with innovation and sets a new standard for modern sports venues.
